✅ Improve the number of pupils achieving strong grades in English and maths (measured through the percentage of pupils achieving grade 4, 5 and above)
✅ Improve attendance so it is at least in line with national averages.
✅ Improve behaviour so that suspensions and behaviour incidents reduce, particularly for incidents involving discrimination.
✅ Improve communication and have this confirmed by parent feedback.
✅ Improve standards and culture so that pupils feel positive about school.
✅ Have improvements recognised by Ofsted so the school is no longer judged ‘inadequate’
By the end of 2025/26 we aim to –
✅ Improve the number of pupils achieving top grades in English and maths (measured through the percentage of pupils achieving grade 4, 5, 7 and above)
✅ Improve attendance so it is above national averages.
✅ Improve behaviour so that suspensions and behaviour incidents reduce significantly; incidents involving discrimination are rare
✅ Improve communication and culture so that the majority of parents would recommend the school
